Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email box accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just select the email account you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
